Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days to ensure timely delivery for our customers. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

We provide clear shipping policies to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction with every order. All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

• Order tracking number
• Carrier information
• Estimated delivery date
• Link to track your package

Shipping Restrictions

Please note the following shipping restrictions:

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for Express and Overnight shipping
• International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties
• Some remote areas may have limited shipping options
• Orders over $500 may require signature confirmation

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at contact@printflowsolutions.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a replacement.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

Currently, we can only ship to one address per order. If you need to ship items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.

During holiday seasons and peak promotional periods, shipping times may be longer than usual. We recommend placing your orders early to ensure timely delivery for special occasions.
