Returns and Refunds Policy for NovaPrint Studio LLC

Effective Date: January 1, 2024

Return Period

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

How to Exercise Your Right to Cancel

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 30 days
  • The goods are in the original packaging
  • The goods have not been used, washed, or damaged
  • All tags and labels are intact
  • The goods are in resalable condition

Non-Returnable Items

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
  • The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable for return, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over
  • The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
  • Custom orders or personalized items

Package the item(s) securely and ship to:

Step 3: Inspection

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return conditions. This process typically takes 1-3 business days.

Step 4: Refund

Upon approval, we will process your refund within 30 days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • If we determine that the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will refund both the item cost and original shipping

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. We recommend placing the new order before returning the original item to ensure availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@printflowsolutions.com. Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the damage or defect
  • Photographs showing the issue

We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly, either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Other payment methods: Varies by provider
